What about shipping to countries outside Europe (e.g., USA, Australia...)?

Orders to regions outside Europe are typically produced and shipped directly from China. The total lead time (including production, sea/air freight, and customs clearance) is usually 45 days or more, depending on the production schedule and chosen shipping method.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
